Ich verweise auf meine B\u00fcrgeranfrage vom 15.04.2013<\/a>\u00a0 und auf meine Erinnerung vom 16.05.213<\/a>\u00a0 an die Bundesministerin Johanna Wanka um zu versuchen, Kl\u00e4rung \u00fcber die nachhaltigen Vorw\u00fcrfe der Datenmanipulation bei dem ber\u00fchmten Experiment von Hafele und Keating herbeizuf\u00fchren, das im Bildung- und Forschungssystem als Best\u00e4tigung der Relativit\u00e4tstheorie gilt.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ich habe diese B\u00fcrgeranfrage im MAHAG-Forum zur Diskussion gestellt und gebe nachstehend einen Austausch wieder:<\/p>\n

Es liegt eine Quelle im Internet (sp\u00e4testens aus dem Jahre 2000) von einem eindeutig identifizierten Wissenschaftler vor (Dr. Alphunsus G. Kelly<\/a>), die unmissverst\u00e4ndliche Aussagen und genaue Angaben \u00fcber das drastische manuelle Justieren der Uhren w\u00e4hrend des Experiments durch die Experimentatoren dokumentiert, zum Beispiel:<\/p>\n

Dr. Alphunsus G. Kelly – Hafele & Keating Tests; Did They Prove Anything?<\/a><\/p>\n

Abstract: The original test results were not published by Hafele & Keating, in their famous 1972 paper; they published figures that were radically different from the actual test results which are here published for the first time.<\/p>\n

„Clock 120 was a disaster; it had a change (Table 1) from losing 4.50 ns per hour to losing 8.89 ns per hour on the Eastward trip; on the Westward trip it altered from losing 8.88 to losing 4.56 ns per hour. An examination of Table 1 shows that, with the single exception of clock 447, the drift rates were so far from being steady as to render the results totally useless.“<\/p>\n

The wild swings in drift rate should have resulted in the whole test being declared a failure.<\/p>\n

Our results show that changes as large as 120 nsec\/day may occur during trips with clocks that have shown considerably better performance in the laboratory.<\/p>\n

The trend shown in Figure 2 was derived from the average of the four clocks. The results from the individual clocks was not disclosed; they are published here for the first time in Columns 2 and 5 of Table 3.<\/p>\n

Corrections were made for fourteen changes:
\nclock 120 three changes Eastward and one Westward;
\nclock 361 three Eastward and four Westward;
\nclock 408 two Eastward;
\nclock 447 one Eastward.\n<\/p>\n

These corrections were made after the 1971 report was produced. It might have been justifiable to ignore a single isolated sudden change on one clock during the complete 26.5 day period, but to have made corrections for fourteen such alterations in six days of flights and by amounts that exceed the forecast results by up to 5.5 times is breathtaking.<\/p>\n

Examples of how unreasonable were the corrections from the actual test results to the amended version are:
\nclock 408 (Eastward) ‚corrected‘ from +166ns to -55ns;
\nclock 361 (Westward) ‚corrected‘ from -44ns to +284ns.
\nClock 447 was amended from +26ns to +266ns on the Westward test; this was by a factor of 10.\n<\/p>\n

Yet, the H & K paper said that no significant changes in rate were found for clocks 408 and 447 during the westward trip“. This barefaced manipulation of the data was outrageous.<\/p>\n

Es handelt sich nicht um einen vagen, anonymen Hinweis im Internet. Der Wissenschaftler, der diese Daten unter seinem Namen und seiner Verantwortung im Internet ver\u00f6ffentlicht hat, hat sie sich wohl nicht aus den Fingern gesaugt, davon kann man ausgehen.<\/p>\n

Die Rohdaten eines Experiments liegen im Wissenschaftsbetrieb immer irgendwo vor. Es kann also kein Problem sein, sie mit den ver\u00f6ffentlichen Daten zu vergleichen, die die Spezielle Relativit\u00e4tstheorie\u00a0best\u00e4tigen sollen und auch als Best\u00e4tigung der Speziellen Relativit\u00e4tstheorie\u00a0im \u00f6ffentlichen Bildung- und Forschungsystem gelten.<\/p>\n
